Digiperform: It’s a pleasure to connect with you! Before heading further, we would like to know a bit about you.

Nayan: Hi, I’m Nayan Gogoi, from Guwahati, working as a Territory Manager in Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. I like to follow the tech news and watching animes. Though, traveling is my favorite pass time. Being a sales and marketing person, I was looking for ways to understand why customers are so much dependent on the internet and how my company could work out to gain the trust of these online customers. I had been looking for ways to understand how to make online marketing strategies to gain more visibility and generates sales. As of today, people look for the internet for any problem or solution. Therefore I decided to dig deeper and learn digital marketing to understand the procedure.

Digiperform: What originally attracted you to choose digital marketing as your career?

Nayan: As I said, being from a sales and marketing background, I wanted to have that extra edge by having knowledge of digital marketing to help my company to generate more business, online.
