This week, in the Trainee Speak section, we would like to introduce you to one of our trainees from Bangalore who decided to learn digital marketing just after completing his B.Tech in IT. We asked him why he chose to learn digital marketing over everything. Readout to find out why he decided to follow his career in the digital industry. Meet Digiperformer Kawin Ramanathan, B.Tech graduate, Digital Marketing Certified from Digiperform, currently working as a Digital Marketing Executive at Civilian, Bangalore.

Digiperform:  It’s a pleasure to connect with you! Before heading further, we would like to know a bit about you.

Kawin: Myself Kawin Ramanathan, I did my B.Tech Information Technology from Sri Shakthi Institute of Engineering and Technology (Coimbatore). After finishing my college studies, I was looking for various degrees or diploma programs where I could learn more about the current market scenario. I wanted to be multi rounder.  And, find out during the research that Digital Marketing is in. Therefore, I search for a digital marketing training provider and find out Digiperform as the best digital marketing institute in Karnataka.  I joined Digiperform Indiranagar. After digital marketing certification, I got placed as a Digital Marketing Executive at Civilian. 

Digiperform: What originally attracted you to choose digital marketing as your career?

Kawin: I started tracking about Digital Marketing long back when I was studying. I had my own YouTube Channel where I used to watch insights regularly. I used to research more and more about it and find out digital marketing was the stream that I needed to master if I really wanted to go ahead with my channel.  And, I wanted to learn how the backend of digital marketing work. When I found out, it really attracted me. That’s why I made my decision to learn it.

Digiperform: Tell us about your favorite experience you had with us, whether as a learner or as a customer?

Kawin: My favorite experience was with trainers while training. Learning with them and similar kind of batchmates was really memorable. I had a good time with them in the center and I got some better knowledge through the training team.
